61 Responsible for quickly and accurately responding to customer technical queries or issues.
61 Prepare and arrange jobs efficiently to complete site service on time.
Job Responsibilities
61 Analyze and solve engineering problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively complex digital, analog, and hybrid control systems, sub-systems, and/or specific control equipment at customer locations.
61 Assist, as part of an engineering team, in carrying out engineering assignments involving technology outside of normal area of expertise.
61 Direct efforts of customer personal engaged in: installation of control system, subsystems, equipment or their routine modification/repair with the necessary support from higher level engineers.
61 Provide direct engineering advisory assistance the customer, and liaison within the company, on issues dealing with the equipment or related matters.
61 Perform a variety of related functions such as: site instruction of customer personnel; writing and modifying maintenance procedures; quality control tests and/or product evaluation; provide complete and timely reports on all activities with emphasis on defining problems encountered, services rendered, and customer reaction to supplied product and services.
61 Receive and investigate customer complaints. Resolve and/or recommend solution to these complains.
61 Log customer's phone calls in database and track for the call closing.
61 Develop and maintain good customer relations.
61 Complete other job supervisor/manager assigned.
61 Frequent travelling is required
Basic Qualifications
61 Bachelor degree of industrial automation/computer science and technology.
61 1-3 years DCS/PLC engineering/service or maintenance background.
61 Strong technical knowledge of process Automation products.
61 Willing to take domestic and oversea travel, even at short notice for emergency service.
61 High degree of initiative and good communication skills.
61 Capable and willing to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
61 Fluent in English and Mandarin (Oral and Written), I.e. CET 6.
61 Good learning ability and good team player, Positive working attitude.
61 Adapt long term business travel at site.
61 Occupational Health and safety acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
61 Experience in cyber security implementation is preferred.
61 Master degree of industrial automation/Process control engineering.
