Commissioning engineer for machine tools
Your future tasks:
Carrying out the configuration and commissioning of machine tools in the factory and at the customer’s site.
Running diagnostics and rectifying system faults and malfunctions to ensure optimum functionality.
Completion of the systems in compliance with safety regulations and internal quality criteria.
Commissioning of peripheral devices such as milling heads, rotary and turning tables, tool storage, etc.
What you bring with you:
You have successfully completed training in the field of electrical engineering, professional experience in commissioning or a comparable qualification.
Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens or Fanuc machine controls.
Extensive knowledge in the field of control technology and automation of machine tools.
Willingness to travel globally and good English skills.
Independent, careful and responsible working style.

主要工作职责
1.负责在机床生产厂家内协助安装调试加工中心，并为厂家技术人员提供技术支持和有关公司产品的培训工作
2.负责协助机床厂家工程师，解决加工中心终端用户在使用本公司产品中遇到的各类技术问题，包括去用户现场进行安装调试与技术支持。调试内容包括机床的外围设备，如铣头，旋转和车削工作台，刀库等。
3.负责收集机床生产商与终端用户在使用本公司CNC产品中遇到的各类问题，包括软件上出现的各类问题，产品使用上提出的改进意见，其他竞品的特点和受欢迎的功能，协助研发人员不断完善产品
岗位要求
1.电气工程领域专业背景，至少熟练掌握海德汉、西门子或法那科其中一种数控系统
2.在机床控制与自动化领域拥有良好的技能与专业知识，特别是对5轴加工中心有丰富的安装调试经验，能够独立完成机床的安装调试，故障诊断与排除。
熟悉UG，ProE等常用的3D软件
3.愿意出差，包括国外出差。英语良好，能够与国外工程师进行正常技术沟通交流
4.工作责任心强，做事严谨负责，善于沟通与团队协助。
