///Qualifications///
1. Over one year of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics sales, or over one year of air and sea freight operations experience with a solid understanding of the freight forwarding industry.
2. For candidates with a proven track record of new client development and excellent sales experience in other industries, we will also consider.
3. Proficient in English for handling international correspondence; skilled in computer operations.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and patience. Must be proactive, a team player, and capable of working under pressure with a passion for embracing challenges.
///Responsibilities///
1. Familiar with industry trends and local market, experienced in prospecting sales leads and business development.
2. Develop new sales pipelines and maintain existing clients and collaborate with business partners and branches to keep positive relationships.
3. Demonstrate keen insight into customer needs and the ability to manage interpersonal relationships effectively.
4. Exhibit good personal conduct, proficient in communication and coordination skills to negotiate with clients independently.
5. Achieve the company's sales and profit targets.
任职资格：
1、 一年以上国际货运代理业或物流行业销售任职经验。或一年以上空海运操作经验，熟悉货运代理行业。
2、如有信心能开拓货代行业新客户，在其他行业有优良的销售经验者亦可。
3、 英语水平能够独立处理国外往来邮件，电脑操作熟练；
4、 责任心强，细心,有耐心，积极，富有团队合作精神,承受压力能力强；有激情，乐于接受压力和挑战
职责：
1、 熟悉本行业市场动态，有一定的市场开发经验，能在所在的区域建立良好的销售渠道；
2、 开发新客户，能与业务伙伴及集团各分支机构有效沟通，保持较好的合作关系；
3、 对客户有着敏锐的洞察力及人际关系把控能力；
4、 良好的个人修养，语言表达及沟通协调能力较强，能够独立进行客户谈判；
5、 实现公司销售及盈利目标。
