Calix provides the cloud, software platforms, systems and services required for communications service providers to simplify their businesses, excite their subscribers and grow their value.
For Calix ETS team, we are recruiting an engineering intern to participate in projects of Software Development and Operation.
Calix ETS (Engineering Tools and Service) team provides services for internal software development, including the management and maintenance of various development and configuration management tools such as Git, Bamboo, Jira, Bitbucket, as well as the development of compilation scripts and the operation and maintenance of virtual machines (VMware/Docker, etc.)
Internship Duration
61The internship can start immediately upon successful interview
61Work 3-5 days per week
61The internship period is 6 months or longer
Responsibilities
61Work with development team to setup project in IDE like VSCode and Eclipse.
61Integration with git/bitbucket/bamboo engineer tools.
61Integration with code scanning tools to finish lint/security check in IDE.
61Work with SCM team to optimize the build system, bring up load balanced build farm.
Qualifications
61Graduate in 2026 or 2027, Bachelor or Master's degree
61Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
61Available for 3-5 days per week, lasting for 6 months or longer
61Experience on Linux operating system.
61Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, PHP or bash.
61Knowledge of Software Compile
61Strong written communication skills.
Nice to Have
61Experiences on Coding, such as JavaScript, PHP, Shell etc.
61Experiences on web development using PHP/JavaScript/Python
61Experiences on git tool
61Experiences on Docker
Allowance
61200-280 RMB per day, adjusted based on the internship stage and performance.
