Position purpose:
61Run the production plant and ensure that the process runs stable and under safe conditions.
61Respond to production lines shutdown & startup.
61Report to shift supervisor or deputy shift supervisor and handle deviations from normal operating status.
61Qualified to do all works in the field.
61Grow up together with development of rotary shift organization.
Major tasks:
61Do plant patrols and perform all required operation tasks in the assigned area, e.g. taking samples, changing strainers and so on.
61Run the plant including start up and shut down of production facility, product changeover and all related activities.
61Equipment cleaning and decontamination.
61Housekeeping of UFC plant area.
61Equipment maintenance/repairs in coordination with the technical/maintenance team.
61Document and communicate work results (shift handover).
61Other tasks assigned by shift supervisor or deputy shift supervisor.
