The Customer Care department provides enquiry, quotation, order handling and dispute management services to customers of the Baker Hughes business.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
61 Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
61 Handling standardized products with pre-defined options and targeted clients.
61 Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.
61 Discussing sales approach with manager.
61 Leading a department of medium-large personnel costs.
61 Handling Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
61 Have bachelor degrees with at least 4 years of experience in sales service.
61 Have good oral and written communication skills.
61 Have interpersonal and leadership skills
61 Have Ability to work independently and problem solving skills.
