岗位工作职责：
Job Responsibility:
1） 利用GPS以及对话监督司机是否按照规定路线进行生产作业;
Use GPS and call to monitor whether the driver is following the specified route.
2） 对车辆的准点率，客户满意率负责;
Responsible for the on-time rate of vehicles and customer satisfaction rate
3） 对业务的回单的及时率正确率负责;
Responsible for the timely rate of business order
4） 合理调配自有车辆及供应商车辆取得最宽泛的车辆利用率;
Reasonable allocation of owned vehicles and supplier vehicles to achieve maximum vehicle utilization
5） 突发事件的处理和应急处理；
Handling of emergencies and emergency handling
6） 协助车管安全员做好车辆审验工作；
Assist vehicle safety officers to do a good job of vehicle inspection
7） 完成上级部门的工作任务安排。
Complete the work assignment of the superior department
8）负责每日所有车辆装卸货的跟踪并制作报表。
Responsible for daily tracking of all vehicle loading and unloading state and making reports
9）异常的及时反馈（及时反馈异常信息给对应操作和车队经理）
Timely feedback of anomalies (timely feedback of anomalies to corresponding operators and trucking manager)
10）负责对所有电加热业务的温度监控，制作对应的报表。
Monitoring the temperature of all E-heating orders and making corresponding reports
11）对车辆线上检查表每日进行检查，并及时反馈完成信息。
Check the vehicle online checklist every day, and feedback the completion situation in time
Person Specification
Qualifications:
Ideally Health & Safety management – equivalent of IOSH / NEBOSH (D)
Experience:
Experience of comparable planning role
Ideally to have experience in bulk transport sector
Proven ability to plan multi-site operations
Driver Management Experience
Knowledge:
Detailed understanding of the Sutton’s operation and KPIs
Analysis of performance data – translate into customer-facing reports/ internal reporting
