2. 深度参与重大项目,负责全流程任务,保障项目落地,让管理培训生在职业发展的初期就能积累项目管理经验。
3. 在运营、财务、人力、市场等关键模块轮岗,掌握专业技能,形成综合管理思维。
4. 打破部门墙,协同制定执行综合业务方案,线上线下优化资源,提升运营效率与业绩。
5. 收集整理剖析公司数据,挖掘问题与机会,为决策层提供精准策略,驱动公司进步。
【职位要求(综合管理方向)】

Job Title: Management Trainee
