Job Overview/岗位概述：
采购管理员通过管理与采购活动相关的行政任务来支持团队。本角色涉及与供应商协调，处理采购订单，维护准确记录，确保货物及服务的及时交付。理想的候选人应注重细节，组织良好，并能够高效管理多项任务。
Key Responsibilities/主要职责：
1.Enter Purchase Orders and confirm Cargo Ready Dates (CRD) with vendors. / 录入采购订单，管理与供应商的沟通，确保货物完成日期（CRD）符合要求。
2.Coordinate quality control with internal and external teams to ensure no CRD delays. / 协调尾期验货日期，确保不会因为质检原因影响交货。
3.Confirm CRD and ensure shipments are booked on time. / 确认CRD，确保准时发货。
4.Monitor and order furniture spare parts from vendors. / 监控、采购和支持家具零配件的供应。
5.Check Supplier and Keystone Stock levels to prevent build-up of slow-moving or obsolete stock. / 检查供应商和关键库存，避免积压慢销或滞销库存。
6.Obtain and file necessary documentation such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, etc. / 处理运输相关文件（提单、商业发票、装箱单等）。
7.Verify Commercial Invoice and packing list against Purchase Orders. / 核对商业发票和装箱单，确保与采购订单一致。
8.Address price discrepancies and support product, supplier, and transportation-related activities. / 质疑并核查价格差异，并支持其他与产品、供应商和运输相关的工作。
Requirements/岗位要求：
1.Strong proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication with an aspiration to improve during the role. / 英语和普通话流利（书面和口语）。希望在工作中提高口语能力。
2.Available to work hours that occasionally align with UK work hours. / 灵活的工作时间以配合英国工作时区。
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. / 熟练使用Microsoft Outlook、Word、Excel、Teams。
4.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. / 细心且具备出色的组织能力。
