Overview:
The Design Operations Graphic Assistant will support the graphics/design team to ensure the overall brand’s objective is achieved with the best production results.

61Create seasonal art pages for all brands

61Act as a liaison between the screen print production facilities (including PA team) and design

61Work on sight with domestic factories to achieve the best production results
与大货生产工厂紧密工作实现设计在产品生产中的***效果
61Research the latest screen print techniques in the market and compile shopping reports
调研市场上最新的丝网印花技术，并编写推动品牌审美设计的报告
61Ensure all separation art files and art pages are being executed consistently across all brands using the company template
使用公司模板，确保设计彩稿和图片分层准确一致的贯彻执行
61Help identify cost effective and production friendly techniques
协助识别具备低成本和便于生产的先进技术
61Upload artwork to the domestic & overseas factories
为国内和海外的工厂上传服装彩稿
61Manage domestic and overseas submittal approvals and writing comments approvals
管理国内和海外工厂所提交样衣的批核，并撰写批核意见
61Separate artwork for screen prints so that it is prepared for printing
为丝网印花彩稿做分层处理
61Add detail to seasonal production charts for all brands

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
61Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related Fine Arts Degree
服装工艺平面设计与图片处理相关领域本科学历
611+ years of experience in related field and/or strong internship experience
1年以上服饰配件等相关行业的工作经验
61Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
精通 Adobe Creative Suite 软件
61Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
