职位描述：
1.Assist BD in developing new distributors and installers in this region, and provide pre-sales technical support, product Q&A, after-sales solution provision, and all technical support for all related systems in the future.
2. System project commission support, remotely propose e-mail 、complaint system or phone call，and regularly on-site after - sales problem solving.
3. Regular product technical training for overseas installers and distributors.
4.Collect major customer complaints, sort out weekly reports.
5. Summarize product quality problems and collect product requirements, feed back internal quality and product team, and promote product optimization.
6. Responsible for managing and writing after-sale customer complaint problem document and other procedures.
7. Travel overseas regularly to visit customers, understand customer requirements and solve problems on site.
职位要求：
1.Bachelor's degree/qualification and electrical engineering background;
2.2+ years of experience in technical PV or Storage industries.Excellent graduates can also be recruited.
3.Fluent English oral communication.
4.Good communication and coordination skills, strong pressure resistance, strong sense of work responsibility, strong adaptability and learning ability.
