To drive continuous improvement activities within greater China supply chain team.
Motivate digital and LEAN transformation.
Connect with business stakeholder and sync global initiatives.
主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead and coordinate all Continuous Improvement (CI) projects within the China supply chain, encompassing idea generation, project setup, execution, and monitoring, and deliver robust results.
- Apply professional methodologies within the supply chain team to standardize project management through coaching, mentoring, and consolidation.
- Implement fundamental project management methodologies within the supply chain team.
- Liaise with global supply chain stakeholders and project teams, acting as the Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for local implementation in China within a cross-regional team.
- Drive digital transformation within the supply chain team in collaboration with the technical team, including data integration, analysis, and visualization, to provide effective and efficient solutions that support business needs and streamline supply chain operations.
- Identify potential risks in work and related projects, develop appropriate mitigation plans, and report on supply chain performance and efficiency to management for informed decision-making.
- Lead other cost control initiatives, quick-win projects, and new process setups by coordinating cross-functional team members and providing professional insights.
- Serve as the Key User of SAP within the team.
职位要求：
知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain demand planning, customer order management, or logistics roles, with 2-3 years in project management, continuous improvement, or LEAN & Six Sigma transformation.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional and cross-regional teams and demonstrate strong ownership.
- Fundamental data analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) tool proficiency. Experience with basic programming is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge and methodologies related to Continuous Improvement (CI), including but not limited to PMP, LEAN, and Six Sigma.
- Proven leadership in driving diverse teams to solve problems and achieve alignment.
- Demonstrated ability for rapid self-learning in new business domains and technologies.
- Capability to work under pressure, with a willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Proficient presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
