Main purpose of job:
1. Assist in CRM related/ oriented activities & daily administrative tasks.
2. Support to basic CRM regular reports
3. Daily management of customer database; development of in-depth customer profiles, client merging, client reassignments
4. Work closely with retail store to segment client base effectively for store events, and create relevant phone/email scripts for stores
5. Assist in executing CRM activities and projects, and support the brand event and program, clienteling campaign and client service plan.
6. Support internal process, eg. contract and payments or one-time projects
Position Requirement:
- Strong passionate to luxury and fashion industry, related major is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sensitive to data and detailed person
- Good command of MS Office (Excel and PPT) and English
