Job description
Givaudan Taste&wellbeing communication team is looking for a content creator who understands B2B business writing and brand-centered storytelling. This role will craft various content types — including website copy, social posts, video script and demo/solution descriptions — that address our target audiences and promote our brand. This role is required to understand industry topics and trends, optimize content for organic search, revise and edit pieces, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and Comms other team members to ensure brand consistency. Ideal candidates will be creative, strategic, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
-Social media content creation: Create engaging and high quality post content and video content for social platforms (currently mainly focus on WeChat and WeChat video channel, other social media platform experiences like Red, Bilibili, Douyin are welcomed)
-Campaign content creation: Create compelling campaign content to drive engagement and trigger followers interests which helps to accelerate in nurturing leads.
-Maintain digital platforms such as Wechat content center and minisite to ensure the stickiness and continuous engagement with followers, acquiring new followers as well as generating new leads.
-Trend awareness: Stay updated on social media trends of how to engage and communicate with followers effectively
-Brand voice: Maintain consistent tone of voice across all content that matches Givaudan branding,style and messaging.
-Others: support event and daily sales leads input from social medias
-By ad hoc tasks per business requirement
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
-1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media management particularly on WeChat, B2B2C industry preferred.
-Strong oral and writing skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to craft engaging copy.
-Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-End-to-end content creation: Handle the entire content creation process from planning, getting brief, scripting, and reviewing to editing and publication.
Self-motivation and collaboration: Ability to work independently while being receptive to feedback and collaborating closely with the marketing team.
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
