1. 教育背景
61 专科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理、经济学、商务英语等相关专业优先。

3. 技能要求
61 沟通能力:优秀的口头和书面沟通能力,能够与客户和团队成员有效交流。
61 谈判技巧:善于进行商务谈判和客户关系管理。
61 市场分析能力:能够分析市场趋势、竞争对手状况及客户需求。
61 项目管理能力:具有良好的时间管理和项目协调能力。
61 英语能力:具备良好的英语理解能力,书写和口语流利者优先;有海外留学或工作经验者优先。

Position Description:
As the company experiences rapid growth, we invite passionate candidates for the position of Business Development Specialist/Manager. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and market insights to drive business growth.
Position Requirements:
1. Educational Background
61 Associate degree or above; related fields such as Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or Business English are preferred.
2. Work Experience
61 A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in B2B roles, preferably with experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the manufacturing export industry.
3. Skills Required
61 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
61 Negotiation Skills: Proficient in business negotiations and client relationship management.
61 Market Analysis Skills: Capable of analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
61 Project Management: Strong time management and project coordination abilities.
61 Language Proficiency: Strong comprehension skills in English; fluency in both written and spoken English is preferred. Candidates with overseas study or work experience are also preferred.
