岗位职责:
1. Responsible for assisting in the management of office and daily supplies (such as stationery, sanitary supplies, copy paper, courier services, drinking water, etc.), as well as the management of functional spaces (canteen, lecture hall).
负责协助完成办公、日杂用品管理(文具、卫生用品、复印纸、快递、饮用水等),及功能场地管理(食堂、报告厅);
2. Responsible for verifying, applying for, recording administrative expenses and report.
负责行政费用的核对、申请、记录、汇报;
3. Responsible for the daily cleaning service management of Buildings 1 to 4, as well as inspecting, maintaining, and managing office area facilities, materials, and display arrangements.
办公室5S:负责日常保洁服务管理,以及检查、维护、管理办公区域的设施物料、陈列布置。
4. Support on all flight tickets for GT staffs and some company visitors, and be responsible for booking hotel and arrange and the rental car for them.
负责研发中心员工以及外部访客订酒店、机票、或者租车等。
5. On-site support for visitor management, conduct reception and prepare the snakes and meeting materials.
负责接待访客的现场支持,包括但不限于宾客接待,准备会议茶歇、布置会议室等。
7. Support to plan and organize employee activity and meeting.
协助公司员工活动或会议的策划、组织和执行。
8.Support the other admin tasks, such as distributing some staff benefits.
支持其他行政工作,如:员工福利分发等。

任职要求:
College degree in business, administration, English or communication.
大专以以上学历,商务,行政,英语或传媒专业
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office application especially with Powerpoint and excel to prepare and own presentation and department documentation
熟练操作办公软件,尤其是PPT和Excel,以及自我陈述和部门陈述的准备
Needs to have self drive and creativity to have things done better and more efficiently
