【任职要求】：
1.应届毕业生，市场营销、国际贸易等相关专业优先。
2.具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，了解不同国家和地区的文化差异，具备跨文化营销意识。
3.拥有敏锐的国际市场洞察力和创新思维，能够紧跟国际营销趋势，提出独特且有效的营销创意。
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够有效推动跨部门项目的顺利进行。
【岗位职责】：
1. 根据公司发展目标、品牌定位及市场情况，制定短期和长期的营销策略。
2.通过社交媒体营销和国际展会等线上或线下渠道，根据不同市场需求调整推广方式，确定最合适的推广渠道（社交媒体、电子邮件、B2B平台等）。
3.负责策划各类线上和线下的营销活动，如促销、展会、专题活动等，协同外贸业务团队、设计团队以及海外合作伙伴，策划并制作具有国际吸引力的营销宣传物料，确保内容符合不同国家和地区的文化背景与市场需求。
4.负责国际营销活动的效果评估，通过数据分析工具监测关键指标，如网站流量、转化率、客户获取成本等，根据数据反馈及时优化营销策略，提升营销投资回报率。
