Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Consultation and Support:

2. Assist Sales with Customer Communication:

Qualifications:
1. Education and Major:
College degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or other related fields.
大专及以上学历，优先考虑市场营销、国际贸易、电子电气工程或相关专业背景。
2. Work Experience:
Customer service or related work experience (experience in the testing and certification industry is preferred). Familiarity with export testing and certification processes is a plus.
客服或相关工作经验（如检测认证行业优先），熟悉出口检测认证流程者优先
3. Language Skills:
Fluent in Mandarin, with strong English reading and writing skills, capable of communicating with international clients via both written and verbal communication.
普通话流利，具备良好的英语读写能力，能够与国际客户进行书面及口头沟通。
4. Skills Requirements:
Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）。
Excellent communication skills, strong customer service awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识及问题解决能力。
Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
