质量控制工程师（此职位工作地点：江苏盐城）
Scope 职责总述
Check and control the quality of product, meet customer requirements
监管，控制产品质量，满足客户要求。
Areas of Responsibility 岗位职责
1. Supervise all process in quality, handle the quality abnormity with quality tools(SPC,CPK,PPK, Pareto, 8D etc.)
检查各工序质量，运用质量工具（SPC, CPK, PPK, Pareto, 8D etc.）处理质量异常
2. Handle the quality alert, follow and variation the action of resolving
质量报警单处理，跟踪解决措施
3. Responsible for working instruction of inspection process, and training
负责检验组工作的SOP编制，培训
4. Management and assessment of fabrics inspection
验布班管理和考核
5. Quality statistics and analysis, monthly quality report
质量统计分析，月度报表
6. Internal quality cost control
内部质量成本控制
7. Management of Master sample /
标准样品的管理
8. Suspicious product confirmation, management products in isolation area
可疑品（报警品）确认，隔离品区域管理
9. Record according to requirement of IMS
根据IMS体系要求做相应记录
10. Responsible for TISAX information security and other system requirements.
承担TISAX信息安全等体系要求的相关职责
11. Finish other works assigned from management
执行完成管理层委派的其它工作
12. Responsible for TISAX information security and other system requirements. Keep confidential of the sensitive information related to this position, under the authorization of the company and the customer, the post information (sample, drawings, technology documents, product data, technology data, test results, test records, etc.) shall not be divulged to the third party.
承担TISAX信息安全等体系要求的相关职责，对本岗位所涉及的敏感信息进行保密，在公司和客户授权前提下不得将本岗位信息（样件、图纸、工艺文件、产品数据、工艺数据、检测结果、检测记录等）泄露给第三方。
Qualification 任职资格
85 College education, familiar with the quality of product, can use quality tools such as SPC,CPK,PPK
大专或以上学历，熟悉质量特性，能运用SPC, CPK, PPK 等质量工具
85 More than 1-3 years working experience of quality management
1-3年以上质量管理岗位工作经验
85 Fluently communicate in English / 英文熟练
