工作描述：Job Description
1. Response for the full technical support on new projects according to the new project Ramp-up Procedure.
负责所有新项目的产品开发。
2. Response for the monitoring of Senior Technical Engineers and Material Engineer daily work, making sure they follow the project development ramp-up and modification procedure.
负责支持资深技术工程师和材料工程师的日常工作，确保其按照公司的项目开发ramp-up流程和modification 流程展开技术工作。
3. Lead the routinely technical support on customers/OEMs of IDI related products. Arrange technical resource to support on the customers/OEMs products.
负责客户或者OEM所使用的IDI产品的日常性技术支持。安排对客户/OEM产品问题的技术支持。
4. Provide technical support when necessary during the process of dealing with NCR. Provide technical support on ASS.
为质量部在处理产品质量投诉的工作提供技术上的支持。技术上支持ASS的工作。
5. Support the Material Engineer on the strategic raw materials validation. It includes:
在技术上支持材料工程师因公司战略上原材料切换的材料验证。Take part in KAIZEN actively
为公司运营的持续改进提出合理化建议。
6. Take in charge of 5S for the area belongs in office
负责自身办公区域的5S
7. Undertake other tasks assigned by his supervisor.

任职资格：Job Requirement
1. 学历 Education:
Bachelor Degree or above
2. 专业 Major Subject:
Composites or High Polymer (复合材料或高分子)
3. 工作经验 Working Experience:
0 to 3 years FRP manufacturing field technically experience, SMC/BMC manufacturing experience is preferable.
4. 能力要求 Competency Requirement:
In the chemistry of FRP ingredients and functions in FPR; Skilled written basic oral communication ability with English; Basic data analysis method and good logic mind.
5. 语言要求 Language:
Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
6. 其他要求 Other:
Be willing to have business trip and work in the lab and workshop when needed.
