Cost Accoutant Job Summary
Regular costing related voucher booking. (Inventory reserve, etc.)
Monthly reporting: Commentary, W2, Local management and other costing related reports.
New Product STD Cost Calculation.
Business case support.
Support Finance controlling supervisor and Manager to finish the work of costing management function. (Budget, Rolling Forecast, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and checking all cost and inventory data provided by other departments and timely completing actual production cost accounting, ensuring accuracy of all production costs data.
- Monitoring the actual purchasing price of materials and timely reporting the fluctuation.
- Ensures accurate and consistent compilation, and reporting of costing data according to process, finish accounting close through compilation of data from automated and manual sources.
- Focus on MFG Variance and EBIT, KPI analysis.
- Complete monthly reporting: Commentary, W2, Local management and other costing related reports.
- Support business case calculation.
- Optimization on Costing workflow. (Process, reporting, etc.)
- Assist the Finance controlling supervisor and Manager to facilitate cost control activities all over the company.
- Assist the Finance controlling supervisor and Manager in preparing the management analytical reports.
- Other work as required by the Finance controlling supervisor and Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, financial related education background.
- At least two years working in manufacturing operation of a foreign investment enterprise.
- Understanding of PRC accounting principles and IAS.
- Good communication skills, fluent in English.
- Willing to devote, learn, optimize and work under pressures.
