BASIC FUNCTION / 基本职责
负责国内物流,进出口报关报检事宜，根据海关要求进行操作，办理加工贸易手册，持续有效地优化物流方式和运费成本，支持公司整体目标的实现。
Responsible for local delivery arrangement, Customs and export regulations compliance and implementation, import & export customs declaration, CI,deal with the manual for processing trade, effectively do optimization job on transportation method and freight cost. which support the overall business strategy.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES / 具体工作职责
85 收集发运需求，制作出货/订舱计划,确保及时发运
Collect delivery requirement with commercial/planner, make the shipping plan/booking according to production plan，ensure on time delivery
85 根据出口订单,及时办理进口货物所需证件；
Handle trade examination, hygiene examination, animal examination certifications for
importing materials
85 办理进口物料商检、卫检、动检证明；
Develops and implements human resources strategy, rules and regulations, provide professional human resources service to departments.
85 与货代核对出口往来账务；
Check export account with forwarders
85 持续优化物流运输方式以及运输成本
Keep improvement on optimization job of transportation and freight cost
85 与工厂仓库的合作，确保原料、产品和其他各种物料的准确性，以及提供准确的SAP系统里的信息
Close work with warehouse, ensure all materials, products in accuracy， and provide SAP systems with accurate information
85 进出口和运输文件的存档和保管
Collection and filing of all customs documents
85 其他日常上级交代的临时性任务
Other daily tasks which assigned by management temporarily

85 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / 教育背景及工作经历要求
85 本科，物流专业。
Bachelor degree, majored in logistics.
85 5年以上工作经验
Above 5 years working experience in logistics and export/import custom clearance
85 熟练掌握中华人民共和国相关进出口法规及规定。
Familiar with China E&O, rules and regulations.
85 良好的英语口语及书写能力。
Good oral and written English skill.
85 良好的沟通技巧及人际关系技能。
Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
85 熟练运用电脑。
Good PC(Office) skills
