Primary Objective:
Administrative Assistant will support supervisor to handle office administration independently in APAC (India and Korea excluded) to make sure well working environment and compliance of Admin policies, procedures and practices.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Reception and maintenance of the facility utilization such as office environment maintenance, office refreshments supply.
2. Logistics/travel assistance to visitors and internal employees such as business visa application, car reservation, flight tickets benchmark and reservation, accommodation arrangement.
3. Business License and company legal chops management.
4. Relationship builds up and maintenance with administration related vendors.
5. Manage company car and in/out couriers in a proper way to achieve the cost efficiency.
6. Work-related certificates prepare.
7. Assist on HR data and documentation maintenance.
8. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree (Major in Administration, English, HR etc.)
2. Min 1 year in office administration role. Fresh graduate can be considered.
3. Smart and good learning skills. Good executive ability, interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Good data sense and detail oriented.
4. Able to work under pressure and must be pleasant, self-motivated, reliable with logical thinking.
5. Good English skill both in reading and writing, good oral English is a plus.
6. Skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
7. Willing to handle administration work initiatively.
8. Able to travel whenever needed.
