1、Responsible for employee entry and leave procedures, including signing and sending relevant documents and sorting out employee files. 负责员工的入职和离职相关手续,包括签收和寄送相关文件以及员工档案的整理。
2、Support HR’s daily work in Beijing, especially in C&B functions 辅助人力资源主管的日常事务,特别薪资福利模块。
3、Responsible forissuing,summarizing, updating ,collecting and filling HR relevant data in an accurate and timely manner. 负责高效且正确的出具,汇总,更新,收集,存档HR相关的数据和材料。
Requirement:
1、Undergraduate student, Bachelor or above. 本科及以上大学在校生
2、Strong passion in HR field, strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills. 对HR工作有热情,有较强的责任心,较好的沟通能力.
3、Good English skills in writing, CET-4or above. 良好的英文读写能力,英文4级以上.
4、3-4 working days per week is preferred, more than 4 months internship is required. 每周至少出勤三到四天,需要连续实习4个月以上。
