【Key Responsibilities】
1. Local government policy monitoring to ensure Payroll related transactions compliance
2. HR system maintenance about payroll related data changes.
3. Data report/analysis as request.
4. Employee attendance system/data administration.
5. Mandatory insurance and commercial insurance transactions
6. Employee benefit programs and rewards scheme implementation with high quality.
7. Manage and maintain constructive relationship with third-party vendors to ensure they adhere to established processes and meet agreed upon service level
8. Provide professional interpretation or advice for employee inquires timely to ensure high level satisfaction
9. Other tasks assigned by leader.

2. 维护人事系统中薪酬相关数据
3. 分析/制作数据报表
4. 管理员工考勤系统与维护数据
5. 负责社保与商业保险
6. 员工福利计划和奖励方案实施与执行
7. 管理第三方供应商
8. 回答员工人事方面的咨询或疑问
9. 其他领导交付的事宜
【Qualifications】
1. University graduate with bachelor degree or above, related majors
2. 1-3 years working experience in HR function, at least 1 year especially in payroll function, support size with at least 200 HCs
3. Good interpersonal/communication skills for internal and external contacts
4. Strong data analytic skills and MS Office expert is a plus
5. At least 1 year user experience for HR system, SAP Core HR, Oracle or Workday
6. Workable oral and smooth reading/writing English is as must
7. Data literacy and analytics, executing flawlessly
8. Working experience with international companies is preferred

6. 良好的人际交往/沟通技巧,能够对接内外部
7. 对于数据有一定的敏感度,思路清晰
8. 有外企工作经验者优先
