The Role:
The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for design and the ability to translate requirements into engaging visuals that tell compelling stories and be able to carry through to final production of the visuals / design to final artwork stage, when needed. As a Digital Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that inspire, engage and delight our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
61 Working to briefs, you will need to demonstrate clear brand understanding and consistently deliver quality design works, including but not limit to layout design, digital design, final artwork, etc.
61 Designing, producing, and managing content cross different platforms, including but not limited to social banners, layout design, MR, resizing, FA and promotional artwork.
61 Ensuring that you are delivering against the brand guidelines, tone of voice and overall brand aesthetic.
61 Collaborate with other teams to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
61 Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
61 Localize the visual content according to the client's master.
61 Responsible for the visual design of some specific projects.
Requirements:
61 Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
61 Proven graphic designing with at least 3 years’ experience with a strong portfolio of work.
61 Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
61 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
61 Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
61 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
61 Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
61 Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
