And yet along with its long history, it is always reinventing and modernizing itself, as with amazing blockbuster such as Vaseline Gluta Hya, Vaseline Pro Derma and its exciting Lip Therapy and Sun Protection ranges. It’s a brand that keep raising its creative profile, truly unmissable , from its exciting work on TikTok where it made the slugging trend the talk of the town, or winning multiple creative awards such as its recent Cannes Lion Gran Prix in Glass.
The successful candidate will report to the Vaseline Senior Global Brand Manager, Greater China. And will be responsible for landing premium body + lip innovations, design for China and potentially roll out to Greater Asia and other regions.
WHO AND WHAT YOU’LL DO
Key Responsibilities:
61 Be responsible for setting the brand strategy and defining growth strategies for China and bring alignment with key stakeholders.
61 Consistently deliver the performance framework and activity plans with excellence
61 Lead the development of premium body and lip innovations designed for China, potentially roll out to Greater Asia and other regions.
61 Lead social-*** communication development of key big bets, including but not limited to KV, MSP and social contents.
61 Develop a strong partnership with the local China team to ensure smooth OTIF launch of premium innovation projects.
61 Effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team (CMI, R&D, Finance, SC) based across China and Greater Asia.
61 Effectively manage a network of agencies and partners to unlock creativity and efficiency to land projects with speed and with success.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
61 At least 4 years marketing experience for innovation and brand communication, Ideally within beauty and skincare category
61 Excellent brand development skills with strong track record in delivering breakthrough innovations (0-1innovation experience is a must)
61 Proven track record in digital communication development across multiple media channels. Experience with social assets development will be a plus.
61 Passion for trends, new formats, design and touch of beauty.
61 A good balance of strategic, analytical and creative skills
61 Passion for high performance, and widely regarded as a talent catalyst.
61 High quality leadership with a track record of building motivated and strong teams – and ability to interface regularly with senior stakeholders from country, category and brand.
61 Must be fluent in Mandarin and have experience in the China market
61 Building collaboration and working in virtual teams
