工作职责:
Analysis customer requirements, identify CC&SC, create technical review documents as DFMEA/check list.

Complete drawing design accurately with high efficiency, Check BOM.
高效准确地完成图纸设计，检查BOM。
Create DVP, and lead project team to review/release; Support test engineer finish test and make assessment of test result.
创建 DVP，并带领项目团队进行审查/发布；支持测试工程师完成测试并对测试结果进行评估。
Attend design review of new tooling and new process, provide suggestion.
参加新模具和新工艺的设计评审，提供建议。
Attend new product trial, track assembly result, and improve design accordingly.
参加新产品试制，跟踪装配结果，并相应改进设计。
Review data, technical agreement, drawing, which need to be sent to outside.
审查需要发送到外部的数据、技术协议、图纸
Collect and analysis industry standard, test methods/standard.
收集和分析行业标准、测试方法/标准
Support team leader to optimize product data base.
支持组长优化产品数据库
Create train data base, for Jr. engineer training.
创建培训数据库，用于初级工程师培训
Find solutions to improve efficiency &quality of drawing design.
寻找解决方案，提高图纸设计的效率和质量
Identify innovative technology, provide technical solutions.
确定创新技术，提供技术解决方案
Other job assigned by PE manager/design team leader.

任职资格:
Bachelor or above degree with Mechanical, automotive or engineering related background.
大学本科及以上学历，车辆工程或机械设计等相关专业。
Minimum 2 years R&D working experience in automotive industry.
汽车行业研发工作1年以上工作经验。
Fluent in English and proficient in cross-cultural communication skills, familiar with Office/CAD/Catia/SW software.
良好的英语表达能力，熟悉Office/CAD/Catia/SW等软件。
Demonstrate strategic thinking approach and service attitude, proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, execution ability and innovative spirit.
态度端正、积极主动，具有较强的沟通能力、计划执行能力和创新的精神。
