RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 Working with Marketing team, design and deploy holistic brand strategy and calendar for ANEST to grow brand awareness and local appeal.
61Initiating digital marketing strategies covering all disciplines including all digital channels , ensuring digital objectives are met and integrated with overall marketing strategy
61Coordinate digital channels day to day & work closely with varied digital platforms for efficient, effective and timely execution of campaigns and promotion programs
61 Responsible for copywriting and translations for key social and media channels, including press release and social post drafting and posting.
61 Manage and grow social media channels; drive content planning and weekly reporting while delivering on growth. Analyze social performance through regular reporting and KPl assessments.
61Participate & execute effective digital marketing strategies to build and nurture the brand so as to drive business and revenue growth
61 Drive key KOL/ KOC projects while actively identifying new emerging influencers that fit brand tonality
61 Support brand and retail events, including concept, guest management and exposure follow up.
61 Keep close monitoring of hot social buzz and competitor/influencer activities. Regularly share industry best practices with global and local teams.
61 Support marketing team with basic design needs as required
61 EC and Website assets renew, UI optimization and product management
QUALIFICATIONS
61 Minimum 1 year of full-time marketing or relevant internship experience
61 Strong digital & Social skill is a must; good English communication skill
61 Basic photoshop and design skills required or willingness to learn
61 Entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced
61 Proactive, committed & responsible
