Job Summary:
According to the needs of the sales team, with the support of the technical department, assist in completing the writing of sales proposals and cost calculations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support for the sales team's bidding based on customer RFQ requirements, including obtaining tender documents, writing bid technical documents with the support of the technical department, and tracking the progress of the bidding process.
根据客户RFQ需求为销售团队的投标提供支持，包括获取招标资料、在技术部门支持下，撰写投标技术文件，并跟踪招投标进展。
2. Support the technical team in completing the localization of the final assembly product, and support colleagues from the German and Italy Proposal Department in updating the S-kal together.
支持技术团队，完成总装产品的本地化工作，支持德国及意大利方案部门同事共同完成S-kal的更新工作。
3. Support the sales team in completing cost accounting for overseas projects, including cost accounting for standard products and obtaining quotes from external suppliers.
支持销售团队，完成海外项目的成本核算工作，包括杜尔标准产品的成本核算以及外部供应商的询价工作。
4. Responsible for file management (contracts and related attachments, such as ROC checklist). Keep and maintain documents properly, provide related documents based on the auditor's requirements.
负责档案管理（合同和相关附件，如 ROC 清单）。妥善保存和维护文件，根据审核员要求提供相关文件。
5. Regularly maintain the Salesforce system as the key user, generate dashboard and report, to ensure the data completeness and accuracy in the system.
作为key user定期维护Salesforce系统，生成数据仪表盘和报告，确保系统数据的完整性和准确性。
Qualification Criterion:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanic / M&E engineering and related majors
本科学历及以上, 自动化、电气工程、机械/机电工程及相关专业
2. Basic knowledge of conveyor/marriage/automation of FAS system
了解总装输送/合装/自动化的知识
3. 1+ years of engineering related professional work experience
1年以上工程相关专业工作经验
4. Fluent in English speaking and writing
英语听说流利
5. Familiar with Visio/Microsoft office
掌握Visio/Office办公软件
6. Good communication skills/execution skills/teamwork ability

7. Short term business trips, include oversea trips
