As a TLM Engineer at Siemens Energy, your day will be filled with dynamic and impactful tasks. You will start your day by addressing technical inquiries, ensuring each one is resolved swiftly and expertly to improve our customer relationships. You’ll be working on meaningful projects, such as preparing solutions and offers to meet customer needs, including bidding documents. How You’ll Make an Impact
● Deal with customer complaints to improve happiness and strengthen relationships.
● Be thoroughly familiar with the SV portfolio and processes to meet customer needs effectively.
● Prepare solutions and offers against customer inquiries, including bidding documents.
● Sign and negotiate transformer service contracts, ensuring all technical agreements are met.
● Manage and follow up on service project pipelines, strictly adhering to procedures.
● Provide necessary technical support and troubleshooting to customers, successfully implementing solutions.
● Assist field service engineers and manage logistics for transformers and related accessories.
● Offer training and consultation to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge to use our products effectively.
What You Bring
● More than 3 years of experience in the power transformer manufacturing industry.
● Proven international project experience, especially within international teams, is a plus.
● Basic knowledge of manufacturing and repair technologies, materials, and components.
● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
● A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
● A determined and ambitious approach with a drive to successfully implement and compete in a world-class industry.
