Responsibility:
Handling export documentation process in compliance with all company procedures:
1. Receive/audit SI, correspondence with customer asking for missing mandatory details;
2. Handle Bill of Loading/ocean freight/surcharges/proforma invoice and relative documentation issue;
3. Handle B/L Amendment as per customer’s request, update relative system information;
4. Handle relative enquires from customers/colleagues by mails;
5. Check payment settlement status and handle/inform OBL/TLX/SWB release;
6. Complete data filing and provide relative business reports to management.
工作职责:
1. 收集审核提单数据,与客户沟通澄清缺失信息;
2. 制作海运提单/海运费/形式发票,处理单证相关事宜;
3. 根据客户要求进行单证更改,更新相应系统信息;
4. 处理内部及外部客户的咨询邮件;
5. 跟进费用结算情况,处理及通知放单/放货事宜;
6. 资料整理归档并提供管理层相关业务报告。
Qualification:
1. College graduates or above, Have related shipping/logistic company working experience is preferable;
2. CET-4 or above, fluent oral/ writing English ability;
3. Fast typing, good computer skill, familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc;
4. Good at typing in efficiency; willing to work over time;
5. Initiative with a strong sense of responsibility, patient and meticulous attitude;
6. Independent, stable, self-motivated, excellent team player;
7. With optimism personality is preferable.
任职资格:
1. 大专及以上学历, 专业不限。有相关的船公司/货代公司相关经验优先考虑;
2. CET-4及以上,英文书写流利;
3. 打字速度佳;熟练操作电脑,包括Word、Excel、Outlook等;
4. 能承受较大的工作压力、接受加班;
5. 责任心强,耐心细致;
6. 独立工作,稳定性强,自我驱动性强,具有团队合作精神;
7. 性格乐观者优先。
