Business System Engineer 系统工程师
Your Role:
1. You will work with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs, design and implement data solutions, and provide training and support
2. To develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Power Bl, Fabric, and Databricks
3. To identify and resolve data issues and do continuous improvement
4. To ensure data quality, security, and governance throughout the data lifecycle
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the data domain and explore new opportunities for innovation
6. Assist in Power Apps and Power Automate development and maintenance
7. To collaborate with your colleagues to share your expertise
To succeed, you will need:
1. Final year student majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, graduating soon.
2. Basic understanding and practical experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science;
3. Familiarity with data tools and languages such as Power BI, SQL, and Python;
4. Knowledge of cloud data platforms and services, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud;
5. Fundamental concepts of data management, data quality, and data security principles;
6. Strong customer orientation, proactive in understanding business needs and improving business processes;
7. Excellent self-learning ability, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities;
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a good sense of teamwork;
9. Fluent in English with good spoken skills.
工作地点：上海市普陀区大渡河路388弄5号楼2402室（每周至少实习3天，该岗位提供转正机会）
工作时间：09:00 - 17:45（午休时间45min）
