KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
86 Working closely with commercial/EC department, to select suitable media channel for Brand/PDT messages delivering. Benchmark brand and competitors’ online activities (communication, promotion, new tech);
86 Initiate, brief and work with agencies for organization of videos and advertorials; Lead and manage agencies to develop media plan and maximize the ROI media spending.
86 Coordinate with different functions to ensure the consistency and accuracy of brand/product messages across all the digital/social media channels.
86 Identify brand opportunity through media performance and consumer insights, hot topic to generate interesting and educational content.
86 Work in conjunction with sales, merchandising and EC teams to identify and plan marketing campaign to ensure it meets organizational objectives. Be curious and follow online trends; Dig-out new ideas for online campaigns
86 Track of media clips and collect report, Support to business events. Assist to follow administrative work. Assist to follow administrative work in relation to contract, quotation, payment etc.

86 Bachelor’s degree or above, excellent written and spoken in Chinese and English
86 At least 2 years' solid experience in related filed such as cosmetic or FMCG industry.
