Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
1.负责品牌产品的销售导购；
Carry out all sales work in retail store
2.达到店铺经理要求的销售任务及其他绩效指标；
As the store manager’s requirements to accomplish the sales target and other key performance indicators
3.维护店面形象，例如货品陈列，店铺清洁;
To maintain the stores visual, such as shop display and cleaning
4.学习和掌握品牌和产品知识；
Command brand and product relevant knowledge
5.尊重品牌仪容和行为标准；
Respect brand's appearance and act according to protocols.
6. 听从领导店铺内其他工作事宜安排等；遵守公司政策和流程。
Other tasks assigned by the line manager and follow the company regulations and rules
Qualification 任职资格：
1.形象良好且富有热情,积极阳光等
Presentable, passionate and convey positive energy
2.工作态度认真、不迟到早退、早晚班路程方便；
Good working attitude; working on time and convenient commuting for morning and night shifts.
3.有奢侈品牌零售或化妆品销售工作经验：
Have sales experiences inluxury or cosmetics industry
4.乐于沟通 具有良好的销售能力；
Have good communication and sales skills
