Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing daily payments according to instructions, in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
2. Monitoring and managing account balances and cut-offs for all currencies
3. Coordinate with internal client service teams and ensure complete of payments according to priorities and importance
4. Maintain payment log and supporting documents
5. Arranging approval schedule for payment to be released on time
6. Facilitate the smoothness of E-banking process, including investigating payment related issues
7. Participate in new clients on boarding project
8. Supervision and training of new joiners
9. Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the team leader as may be necessary from time-to-time
10. Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related equivalent discipline.
2. Ability to work in fast paced business environment
3. Handling of complex payment structures
4. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or fund accounting and fund administration work experience
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
6. Patient, careful and attention to details
7. Good time management skills and ability to work with tight client driven deadlines
8. High responsibility and teamwork spirit
