Key responsibilities (but not limited to):
61 Product Strategy Execution
o Execute comprehensive product strategies that align with the company’s overarching vision and goals.
o Carry out early-phase executions to ensure the market inroduction of new products, including project management, cross functional communications with global and in organization as well, and take the lead of local actions such as homologations and so on.
o Follow China pricing strategies and support business case calculations and documents preparation.
o Support to build up BRP product strategy methodology and relevant material preparation.
61 Business Intelligence System
o Carry out massive desk researches to provide in-depth analysis and packaging of relevant product information to support strategic decision-making processes.
o Organize and summarize product input, and participate various dealer visits and market/customer researches, such as pre-launch and post-launch studies.
o Build up regular market competition analysis system including reports and meeting forums for all product lines.
61 PA&A Strategies & Executions
o Plan and execute annual PA&A(parts, accessories and apparels) packages for all product lines based on research and market feedback.
o Develop local sourcing PA&A products and processes to enhance BRP PA&A local competitiveness.
61 Support & Ad-hoc Responsibilities
o Engage in ad-hoc tasks and cross-functional teams to support product strategy and business intelligence work delivery when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
61 Bachelor degree (Business Administration, Economy, Foreign Trade, Engineering) with minimum 3~5 years sales/product focused experience.
61 Automobile industry or consulting experience in product strategy and planning, product marketing is preferred.
61 Great skills in desk research, summary and office applications is highly preferred.
61 Fluency in English
