职责:
1. 以热情、专业的态度迎接学生和家长到校区上课。
2. 解答学生、家长关于课程内容、活动安排、费用标准等方面的咨询。
3. 处理学员的请假、补课申请,同时做好相关记录和跟进工作,保障教学秩序的稳定。
4. 协助学生和家长完成报名、缴费、退费等手续。
5. 定期与学员家长进行沟通反馈,汇报学员的学习情况。
6. 响应客户的投诉与建议,寻找问题根源,采取有效措施加以解决,提升客户满意度。
7. 学习国际象棋相关知识,为客户提供试听课班级支持。
8. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。
9. 完成上级交代的其他临时性工作任务,具备良好的执行力和应变能力。

Basic Requirements:

Responsibilities:
1. Greet students and parents warmly and professionally as they arrive at the campus for classes, providing them with a cozy and attentive reception service.
2. Manage the daily operations of class groups, promptly posting course information, activity announcements, learning materials, etc., to ensure accurate and timely communication; actively interact with parents in the group, answer their questions, and collect feedback.
3. Answer inquiries from students and parents regarding course content, activity arrangements, fee standards, etc., through multiple channels such as phone, email, social media, and on-site communication, maintaining frequent and multi-channel communication with clients to convey accurate information in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Handle students' leave and makeup class applications in a timely and proper manner, while keeping relevant records and follow-ups, ensuring the stability of teaching order; for special cases, be able to respond flexibly and propose reasonable solutions to meet the needs of students and parents.
5. Assist students and parents in completing registration, payment, and refund procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and enhancing the customer service experience.
6. Closely track students' learning progress, regularly communicate and provide feedback to their parents, detailing the students' learning situation, progress, existing problems, and suggestions, and jointly discuss solutions to help students grow and improve.
7. Respond to customer complaints and suggestions in a timely and efficient manner, listen attentively to customers' voices, actively identify the root causes of problems, take effective measures to resolve them promptly, and feedback the results to customers, continuously improving customer satisfaction.
8. Proactively learn about chess-related knowledge, gain a deep understanding of the rules, skills, cultural connotations, and teaching methods of chess, and continuously improve professional quality and teaching support capabilities; when providing trial class support to customers, be able to answer their questions accurately and professionally, helping customers better understand the characteristics and advantages of our courses.
9. Actively assist other departments in planning, organizing, and executing marketing and competition activities, fully leveraging communication and coordination skills as well as team spirit.
10. Diligently complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors, possess good execution and adaptability, and be able to flexibly adjust work priorities and directions according to the company's development needs and work arrangements.
