Job Mission:
Put customer orientation as our *** priority and ensure on time and delivery completeness to our customer.
Continuously optimize production schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure the smooth flow of production.
Job Responsibility:
1. Regularly coordinate production meeting with cross function team and create MPS (master production schedule) based on customer requirements.
2. Accurately maintain the long term and short term forecast to drive raw material preparation while minimizing inventory costs.
3. Place production order and monitor the WIP status in real time, and report any deviations or issues promptly.
4. Join CR(Change Request) meeting and adjust material mater data and production order accordingly to make sure change request implementation to production correctly.
5. Join new product PSG meeting on behalf of logistics planning function, provide professional knowledge/experience to the project which aim to achieve the project time schedule and make sure production smoothly ramp up.
6. Strive to improve production efficiency and SCM business process optimization.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, 1~3 years relevant experiences, responsible for production planning
2. Good understanding on SCM process, especially on production planning logic.
3. Be familiar with SAP, especially PP and MM modules.
4. Strong sense of customer orientation, teamwork, self-motivation.
5. Good communication skills, English skills.
6. Fast learner, be willing to take challenges and work under stress.
