Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English proficiency, a keen eye for detail, prior HR internship experience, and strong PowerPoint skills. This role will provide valuable support in the areas of training and development, contributing to the overall success of our talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Training Program Support:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various training programs and workshops.
- Prepare training materials, including handouts, presentations, and other resources.
- Support the facilitation of training sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for participants.
2.Content Development:
- Create and update training materials using PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with team members to develop engaging and effective training content.
3.Administrative Support:
- Manage training schedules and participant lists.
- Track and report on training attendance and completion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or English or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. Familiarity with other training tools and software is a plus.
- Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work meticulously and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
