岗位职责:
1. Support site and plant level TAR management and services based on the company and BIG best practices, guideline, and procedures.
2. Support turnaround scope management, challenge scope with strictly criteria to ensure clear and high-quality scope items delivered to detail planning.
3. Support turnaround preparation management including both plan and schedule.
4. Support TAR logistics and infrastructure management, support.
5. Support post turnaround management, lessons learned collection & analysis as well as mitigation actions follow-up, contribute and input the turnaround final report and project final closure.
6. Support and coordinate the development and maintaining of BIG Smart TARM tool including database.
7. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor's degree and above in mechanical, instrument or engineering & maintenance related discipline.
2. 0~3 years' related work experience, fresh graduates are also welcome.
3. Strong communications skills, with creative thinking, solution driven mindset, and able to influence with impact in a matrix environment.
4. Good communication skills and Customer Focus.
5. Good Learning ability and self-development.
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
