Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing student activities, events, and small-scale gatherings, fostering a vibrant and inclusive campus community;
2. Collaborate with resident wardens and tutors to effectively manage and coordinate student-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and support for students;
3. Take primary responsibility for student dormitory management, including room allocation, maintenance coordination, and resolving housing-related issues;
4. Provide administrative support for student affairs, including document management, updating the Student Affairs Management System, and handling day-to-day operational tasks;
5. Support the management of exchange students and international students, including organizing social activities and building a sense of community among diverse student groups;
6. Complete other assigned tasks, which may require occasional work outside regular office hours to support college activities and address student-related emergencies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in student affairs, event planning, or a related area;
3. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders;
4. Passion for student engagement and community building, with a proactive attitude toward organizing activities and supporting student initiatives;
5. Experience in planning activities or working with diverse student groups, particularly exchange and international students, is preferred;
6. Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
