We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Shipping Operations Specialist to manage the daily operations of our international shipping business. The ideal candidate should be familiar with international ocean freight procedures and capable of coordinating communication between internal teams, customers, and shipping lines to ensure smooth cargo transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
处理海运业务的全流程,包括订舱、拖车、报关、放单等环节。
与船公司、代理、客户及内部团队保持紧密沟通,确保货物按时出运。
监控货物运输状态,及时更新客户并处理异常情况。
管理和审核提单(B/L)及相关文件,确保准确无误。
了解最新的海运市场动态、船期及运价信息,并及时反馈给相关团队。
协助销售和客服团队,提供操作支持并优化运输方案。
维护和提升公司在海运操作方面的服务质量,提高客户满意度。
Oversee the end-to-end ocean freight process, including booking, trucking, customs clearance, and document release.
Maintain close communication with shipping lines, agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely cargo departures.
Monitor cargo movement and provide real-time updates to customers while resolving any issues that arise.
Manage and review Bills of Lading (B/L) and other shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Stay updated on market trends, vessel schedules, and freight rates, and report insights to relevant teams.
Assist the sales and customer service teams by providing operational support and optimizing shipping solutions.
Maintain and enhance service quality in shipping operations to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
应届毕业生 - 具备1年以上海运操作或相关行业经验者优先。
熟悉海运流程、国际贸易术语(Incoterms)、提单操作及海关报关要求。
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力,能有效协调多方资源。
细心负责,具备较强的组织能力和问题解决能力。
熟练使用办公软件(Excel、Word、Outlook),具备ERP或物流管理系统经验者优先。
具备基本的英语读写能力,能处理国际邮件和基本的客户沟通;英语流利者优先。
Preferably 1+ years of experience in ocean freight operations or a related industry.
Strong understanding of ocean freight procedures, Incoterms, Bill of Lading operations, and customs clearance requirements.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
Highly detail-oriented and responsible, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or logistics management systems is a plus.
Basic English reading and writing skills for handling international emails and communications; fluency in English is a plus.
