What do we expect from you?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Specialist to join ALDI legal team, responsible for daily legal affairs, including:
1. Contract Review and Management
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts related to product merchandising, quality, supply chain, and other supporting functions (such as IT, HR)
- Draft, review and update contract templates matching business practice
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable laws
2. Legal Consultation and Support
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders on various business matters
- Conduct legal research to support business decisions and compliance initiatives
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations
3. Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on legal matters
- Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and claims
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed
