Job Description:
1-Requirements Management
1)Choose re-use concept in terms of product type related needs.(own system and discipline documents)
2)Define where the refinement of system requirements will be done. (options: PSM or PA) Responsible: Requirements Engineer SE (System level)
3)Reassign requirements in case of wrong assignments to the correct discipline/analyst.
4)Check provided requirements granularity and inform the Requirements Manager in case of needed refinement.
5)Managing and participation in reviews to identify Requirements inconsistencies.
2-Requirements development
1)Participate in the elicitation of the requirements.
2)Participate in the analysis of the requirements (analyzing, categorizing, prioritizing).
3)Identify functional requirements inconsistencies and clarify those directly with the stakeholder.
4)Identify missing requirements and eliminate those in close cooperation with the stakeholder.
5)Document the requirements in the Performance Specification. This includes requirement refinement if necessary.
6)Ensure that the Performance Specification is in line with the customer needs.
7)Organization and participation in the documentation of the requirements in the Performance Specification.
8)Create the traceability from own documents to source.
9) Create necessary data for reporting purposes out of all own Requirements documents.
10)Take over PSM 1st draft. Refine and finalize the PSM with discipline specific requirements. Responsible: Requirements Engineer SE (System level)
11) Creation of the Production Test Specification Unit part
12)Coordination of the product integration test
Job Requirement:
1-Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Automotive Electronic Engineering, Electronics,Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
2-Proactive and good communication skills ;
3-Strong learning ability and willing to learn ;
4-Can communicate in English.
