岗位职责:
Provide one call solution to Japan Service hotline.
提供一键解决日本服务热线问题。
Answer calls from Japanese customers, be fluent in Japanese, and be able to handle Japanese customers' concerns via phone and email, N1 qualification is required.
接听日本客户的电话,能够说流利的日语,并能够通过电话和电子邮件处理日本客户的疑虑, 需要 N1 资格。
Identify and document customer issues
识别并记录客户问题
Able to Independently complete the customer's request and communicate with respective department.
能够独立完成客户的要求并与相关部门沟通。
To Meet company goal on call volume and handling time.
达到公司在呼叫量和处理时间方面的目标。
Be flexible on working hours, the work schedule is following with Japanese Calendar, and need to work on CN holidays.
工作时间灵活,工作时间以日本日历为准,且需在中国假日工作。
And any other duties assigned from time to time.
完成分配的其他任务。
REQUIREMENTS

-良好的英语及日语技能
