Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify and prioritize potential customers in the target markets, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
2.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the medical industry, including distributors.
3.Understand the needs and requirements of potential customers and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
4.Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and participate in trade shows and conferences.
5.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
6.Provide regular reports on sales activities, including forecasts, sales results, and market trends.
7.Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
8.Manage distributor relationships and ensure they meet sales targets and adhere to contractual obligations.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
2.At least 3 years of working experience in medical device sales or a related field, or more than 2 years of study experience in the EU or USA.
3.Must be fluent in English, and preferably in a second foreign language.
4.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7.Experience working with startup companies in the medical device industry is preferred.
8.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
9.Familiarity with emerging market trends and technologies.
10.Knowledge of international business practices and regulations.
