What You Will Do:
1, Cost system maintenance and cost closing
2, Annual Standard cost revision
3, Prime product and/or component cost monitoring & analysis
4, Standard and current cost grief resolution
5, Standard cost setting and analysis
6, Accountable profitability reporting & analysis
7, Inventory management, reporting & budget
8, Material cost, cost variance analysis
9, NPC support including future cost, should cost and alternative analyses
10, Financial accounting including consolidation, analysis and communication of division or multiple business units’ results / explanations, presentation and explanation of results to management
11, Provide technical expertise and perform more complex accounting work that supports business processes.
12, Apply accounting knowledge and provide guidance on accounting issues
Support new legal entity setup related work in Business Resources Team.
13, Other work be assigned, like process improvement, OIA projects support, digital tools development etc..

Required Qualifications:
1, 4 years Degree in Accounting or equivalent
2, Excellent Initiative, Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills
3, Proficient in English
Desired Qualifications:
1, Have strong interest or experience in big data analytics tools, such as Power BI, Power apps, Power Automate, Python etc..
2, 1 - 3 years Accounting/Costing experience.
