Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：
1. 全面支持生产，解决各种生产问题.
Fully support production to troubleshoot and resolve various production issues.
2. 分析和更新数控程序参数，如零点偏移，并与工艺工程师保持密切合作.
Analyze and update CNC program parameters, such as zero point offset, in close collaboration with process engineers.
3. 协助工艺和产品工程师进行新产品和新设备的启动及资格认证.
Assist process and product engineers in the launch and qualification of new products and equipment.
4. 监督合格工艺的执行情况.
Monitor the compliance of qualified processes.
5. 推动持续改进项目，优化成本，改善人机工程学，进行设备负载研究，更新ICs/包装规格，发布PNs，对操作员进行培训并跟进.
Drive continuous improvement projects, optimize costs, improve ergonomics, perform machine loading studies, update ICs/packaging specifications, release PNs, train operators, and follow up.
6. 建立知识数据库，记录问题和解决方案.
Build a knowledge database to track problems and solutions.
7. 采取长期措施避免问题重复发生.
Take long-term actions to prevent the recurrence of problems.
8. 完成上级交办的其他工作，向生产经理反馈技能矩阵中的能力情况.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors and provide feedback on competencies in the skill matrix to the production manager.
9. 监控操作员的安全、环境和健康情况，并符合相关要求.
Monitor the safety, environment, and health of operators and comply with relevant requirements.
10. 下载图纸，为现有工具申请EP，与工具设计团队讨论后为新工具设计申请GA请求.
Download drawings, apply for EP for existing tools, and apply for GA requests for new tool designs after discussing with the tooling design team.
Competence and qualification

Experience Requirements经验要求
1. 熟练焊接工艺和装配操作技能，能够快速上手新设备.
Proficient in operating one or more types of machine tools or assembly skills, and able to quickly become familiar with new equipment.
ollaborate effectively with different departments and personnel.
2. 有一定的生产线协调经验或管理经验，能够协助处理生产中的复杂问题.
Have some experience in production line coordination or management, and be able to assist in handling complex production issues.
3. 具有1年以上相关制造或生产支持工作经验，熟悉生产流程和设备操作.
Have more than 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production support, familiar with production processes and equipment operation.
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
1. 专业：机电、机械制造、工业工程或相关专业本科及以上学历.
Major: Bachelor's degree or above in mechatronics, mechanical manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related field
2.有相关英语书面和口语能力.
