61 协助实验室主任制定并实施公司年度战略规划，优化管理体系，推动目标达成；
Assist the Laboratory Manager in formulating and implementing annual strategic plans, optimizing management systems, and driving goal achievement.
61 负责国内外重点客户的开发与维护，深入理解客户需求，协调各部门完成项目对接与合同签订；
Develop and maintain key domestic and international clients, deeply understand client needs, and coordinate cross-departmental project对接 and contract signing.
61 参与公司重大科研项目与质量管控体系建设，监督重点项目执行进度；
Participate in major scientific research projects and quality control system construction, overseeing the progress of key projects.
61 代表公司出席国内外行业技术峰会，组织策划公司重要活动，开展商务洽谈与业务推广；
Represent the company at domestic and international industry technical summits, organize and plan company events, and conduct business negotiations and promotions.

7815 学历要求 ｜ Education:
工学专业背景（材料科学、化学、腐蚀工程及相关专业优先），硕士及以上学历。
Engineering background (Materials Science, Chemistry, Corrosion Engineering and related disciplines are preferred), Master degree or above.
